I came across some bunch articles in ezine articles site today regarding automated SEO and link building tools that literally misguides people about the whole idea of SEO and how its supposed to be done.
Most people who want to promote these products literally emphasize more on a one single point that these automated tools and applications are more cost effective and build links on a greater pace than you could practically do on a manual scale. So just let me get in to these two points first and clarify certain things about these tools and why they cannot or will not do any good to your site on the long run.
Are Automated SEO and Link Building Tools Really That Cost Effective?:
I must agree to the fact that these tools come at a price range that practically almost more than 60% to 70% of the webmasters can afford to buy it, yes its cost effective in that point of view. But can it really do any good to your site? I want to get to this on the later part of my post as to why. You may buy one of these applications and get all excited about it, but I must say if you are going to over use these tools and build links as most of the people who promote these products suggest, you may end up being banned from many forums, blogs and most probably from search engines. So by the end of the day it may not be as cost effective as you think, because you want your site or blog to rank well in search engines and bring more traffic for you, but these tools can just wash off your site from search engines.
Building Links At Greater Pace:
Just know that when search engines look at your site that is new or a site that may be even old, the search bots do not merely look at your site and leave off, they collect more details about you than you could possibly think and process them to get the background information of the site. One of the main factors being link growth pattern, this move by Google and other search engines made many webmasters unhappy but its an effective way to combat spamming sites from search engines. When they see your link growth pattern is not normal and most the links are coming from less recommended source then those kind of links may put your site in to trouble, meaning they may penalize you for spamming and sometimes it even leads to ban.
Building links should be planned well before executing you cannot just build links anywhere and expect your site to rank well in search engines because its simply not going to happen.
