external link growth Search Engines Keeps An Eye On Your Link Growth Pattern

You may not be aware of it but you should know that search engines do notice your link growth pattern, like how many links on an average you are gaining, where are the links coming from etc..

Why does search engines notices the link growth patterns?

Search engines do so to check whether those patterns look natural or artificial and they have very effective system to back that up. If they notice a new site start to develop hell a lot of backlinks over night then its something suspicious unless the site belongs to some big players in the industry there is no possibility that a normal site can attract hundreds of links over night.

Also websites that keeps acquiring links steadily on a daily basis start to establish authority in search engines slowly. That’s why its a good practice to build links on a daily basis for your site that is new.

But from my point of view I would say this sort of analysis from search engines is something that I don’t like, reason is simple because only established sites start to develop links on a steady basis and this analysis may not prove to be true for sites that are new.

So just keep this factor in mind when you start to build a new site, because some people don’t tend take building links as something important but in fact it plays a major role in rankings. Also make sure your link development doesn’t look un-natural for search engines.
