I know of a lot of people (mostly personal bloggers) who do not like to monetize their blogs, some of them even claim that monetizing the blog is like ruining the whole beauty of blogs and blogging. But why blogging for money might be a bad idea after all? I could think of some possible reasons on why it might be just a bad after all to blog for money.

If you are an user of Google webmaster tools, you might have noticed that as soon as you get in your account you will notice a section called keywords to the right of your dashboard showing you the list of top five keywords which occurs on your site and it would also show you its significance level. I just noticed there is a little rise in demand for old domain names in webmaster forums, in fact I have seen webmasters who hold very established sites are running behind good old domain names, so I just thought I would write an article about it to let my blog visitors know as to why people prefer a old domain name over new one. As far as I can go, I can think of five possible reasons.
Google Sandbox:
People want to build sites which are not blocked for some period of time from search engines and mainly Google, buying a old domain name which is on for a while has high possibility that it might have got out of Google sandbox in the past, so you don’t have to wait much longer till you start to get visitors from search engines.
