How To Alter Privacy Settings In WordPress
WordPress privacy settings can be accessed under settings option in your admin panel and as soon as you click on the privacy option it will show up a panel to the right like the one show in the picture.
Privacy settings controls whether you want your blog to show up on search engines are whether you want your blog to remain private and be accessible only to certain people who know your blog url directly, but frankly if you want your blog to become popular then show it up on search engines, and if you want certain sections of your blog to not to show up on search engines you can control that from your Robots.txt which we will see later. There is nothing much to talk about this particular settings, it only gives you an option whether you want your blog to show up on search engines or you want your blog to be blocked to search engines bots to crawl through your pages and index them so that others can access your blog through search engines like Google.
