Installing plugins is a lot easier, you are no more required to use your ftp access each time you want to upload a particular plugin, you can directly install any plugin you need right from your wordpress admin panel. Here is how you can do it.

Step 1:

Under plugins option in your wordpress admin panel just click on add new option.

Choose the upload option at the top and upload the zip file of the plugin and install it.

alternatively you can also search for the template and install it directly without the need to download and upload the zip file, making the job a lot easier.
